analysis, SWOT, sales and cash flow projections and much more.
Why is this important? Together, it forms the foundation of the company
and states the path which the company will follow. It is important in the
unification of owners, partners, officers, and employees. It is also
important when needing to approach investors.
There are many sites that offer online Business Plan Builders, however a few
hours into the process and you will quickly realize they aren't meant to be
completed very easily. In order to prepare a solid business plan, you need
external and internal information, and the knowledge of how to disect and pen
down on paper. It's not easy. In fact, I have spent more than 60
hours on well prepared Business Plans.
The MLM Industry then must be considered as part of the Business Plan and it's
nuances very specifically effect the details of marketing and cash flow
projections. As a veteran of the MLM Industry, my team is able to bring
